The paper presents the results of applying non-ionogen surface-active composite by physical-chemical properties developed from technical phosphatide concentration, acidol and polyatomic alcohol for the improvement of domestic heavy oils fluidity by decreasing their viscosity. It was justified that developed composite agent reduces the viscosity of high paraffinic oils in various temperatures and improves their fluidity properties. The development and implementation of composites forming more efficient and cheaper water-oil emulsions improve technical aspects of oil transportation by regulating the viscosity of high alkali-paraffinic oils and heavy oil products as well.
