Methodological support of risk inventory in the programs of the company of oil and oil products pipeline transportation

The paper reviews the programs of the enterprises of oil and oil products pipeline transportation. Four increased groups of program types that can be implemented in the sphere of oil and oil products transportation have been outlined. These programs have different characteristics that disable using any method for risk inventory and evaluation. Therefore, based on existing program features of the enterprises of oil transportation, the paper presents the methods for risk inventory and evaluation that suit for each type of increased program. They may be applied during program assessment; however, they do not allow outlining separate risk types. These methods enable calculating the quantitative meaning of potential risk ensue considering only the general risk event types. Herewith, separate and specific risks are neglected and not accounted.
