The prospects of using devices of alternative energy sources towards thermal treatment of formation and bottomhole zone
F.F. MammadovThe paper studies the methods of thermal treatment of oil formation and bottohole zone using alternative energy sources. Besides, the energy consumption of steam generator units applied in conditions of oil field have been analyzed. The processes of hot water and vapor injection into the oil formation and bottomhole zone via solar power plant have been reviewed as well. In a few cases, the vapor temperature in the traditional steam generators for the influence on the well with high-viscous and paraffinic oil is not enough. On the other hand, while burning exhaustible energy, a great deal of detrimental compounds is discharged to the atmosphere, which leads to the environmental issues. The replacement of field steam generators with solar and wind electrical units will lead to the decrease of manufactured production prime cost and promote the recovery of environmental balance.
