Development concept of software-technical complex towards integration of SCADA–MES-ERP management levels for petroleum industry

The paper presents the development concept of high¬ly-accurate measurement and management complex in the processes of production, gathering, initial prepare, transportation and storage of oil. Functional levels of software-technical complex, as well as the composition of produced oil mixture – control balance, discharge, commercial inventory of stocks and output to customers with the integration of state-of-the-art measurement and management complexes have been identified.
