Lubricating compositions based on pentaerythrite ether
A.A. GadirovThe paper presents the results of research on newly devel¬oped heat-stable lubricating compositions based on pentaeryth¬rite ether for aviation technology with 200–225 оC operation tem¬perature. Previously studied following compounds were added into the composition: N-(m-nonyloxybenzylidene) aniline, dyphenyl ether [α-(p-butoxycarbonyl-phenylamino) - phenyl-methane] of phos¬phoric acid, bis - (N-benzyle) - salicylaldiminate-Co (II) and 1.5 – bis-[4-N(phenylamino)-phenyloxy] - pentane, as well as com¬mercial additives of benztriatrol (БТА) and ПЭС-7 siloxane liquid. The research of test samples was carried out in comparison with Б-3В commercial oil. The results of conducted tests justified that developed lubricating compositions by their main perfor¬mance characteristics (viscous-temperature, anti-ageing, anticor¬rosion and antiwear properties) significantly exceed Б-3В com¬mercial oil and may be used in gas-turbine aviation engines.
