The paper represents the results of obtaining the mixture of diesel fuel with a content of up to 5 % watered and dehydrated ethanol. Dedicated experimental activities were carried out at the room temperature with a rotary mixer to achieve homogeneous compounds. It was defined that the stability of prepared mixture is 28 days using dehydrated ethanol up to 3 % mass in the composition of commercial diesel fuel. It was also identified that the increase of the ethanol content in the diesel fuel composition reduces the stability period to 15 days. The reduction at the period of stability for low temperature condition changes between 9 days for 1-2 %, 7-4 days for 3-5 % compounds, respectively. The emulsifier has been applied for the production of diesel fuel that produced based on petroleum acids and propylene oxide. It was revealed that the addition of emulsifier for 3 % the composition of ethanol with diesel fuel ensures the production of homogeneous diesel fuel by preserving of all its normalized parameters. Altogether, it is identified that the content of carbon monoxide, nitrogen and sulfur oxides in the composition of exhaust gases is decreasing 29 %, 25% and 14 %, respectively.
