Theoretical and practical approaches to the application of balanced index system for evaluation of labor productivity in oil-gas producing enterprises

Nowadays, it is necessary to consider non-financial aspects in the models of efficiency estimation towards the evaluation of business success in all aspects. With this aim multi-dimensional models for elimination of shortcomings and emissions of traditional efficiency estimation systems are offered in the paper. Herewith, the purpose of research is to create a balanced index system considering the necessity of multi-dimensional models of efficiency estimation. The criteria established by Oil-Gas Production Department for Balanced Scorecard almost reach the value forecasted in the context of finance, consumers, personal training and development.
