Lubricants based on highly efficient protective additives

The paper presents the results of comparative investigations on the additive of 2-hydroximethyl-4-tre-oktyl-6 (N1-methylolhydrozamethyl) of HMF phenol (conditionally) in the composition with antioxidizing and anticorrosion additives – zinc salts of dialkyldithiophosphate of various content (ДФ-11, A-22, Mх-3103, -3104, ЦД-7), as well as the development of lubricating composition of ИСП-40 oil with HMF additive. Newly developed lubricating composition of ИСП-40 oil is recommended for industrial production in the following composition of additives: АБЭС (3.5 %), HMF (0.15 %), ДФ-11 (2 %).
