Aspects affecting human capital, theoretical approaches (in the order of discussion)

The paper analyzes the interrelation between the human capital and education. The education level of each country significantly influences the economic growth and innovations. The conclusions made by different economists are justified in the results of empiric research carried out by the author (in other conditions and starting data).
