Prevention the corrosion-erosion and mechanical destruction of infield pipelines towards improvement of ecological situation
S.T. AliyevCurrently, increasing the life of oil pipelines operation and reliable environmental protection is an important task. In this regard, the factors causing corrosion-erosion and mechanical destruction in the system of infield transportation of well product have been studied. To clean the well product from mechanical impurities for prevention the corrosion-erosion and mechanical destruction of the equipment of infield transportation system, hydrocyclone unit using complex action inhibitor has been proposed. To protect against general and microbiological corrosion, a new inhibitor of complex action has been developed. The optimum concentration of the agent in laboratory conditions has been specified 500 mg/l, in which protection effect was equal to 95 % and suspension degree comprised 98 %.
