The paper presents the results of research on hydrocracking of residue oil with Ni, Mo metals of halloysite modified via ion-exchange and adsorption methods. It was defined that in the process of hydrocracking execution with halloysite in optimum conditions (430 оC, 4 MPа), the yield of light oil products is equal to 54 % mass, with the catalyst modified via adsorption method – 63 % mass, and with that modified via ion method – 83 % mass.
