Efficiency increase of jack well operation working in sand bearing oil objects
I.L.ManafovIn the article is discussed technological and economical importance of our suggestion on jack well overall performance increase. Valves pipe behind and inter-pipe pressure upon depths valve descent were defined via known mathematic formulas. The experiments show that for restriction of sand receipt bottom hole zones in pipe behind space it is necessary to keep pressure within 0,2-1,0 MPa. Experiment and research works carried out in field conditions showed that in pump operation pipe hole behind pressure exceeds this limit. Gas collected in pipe behind space of hole creates backpressure on hole face that leads to infringement of pump normal operation. Therefore, effectively using gas collected in pipe behind space, i.e. supporting necessary pressure in pipe behind space and giving remained gas inside elevating pipes creates favorable conditions for liquid lifting on the surface and also produced gas gathering. Thus, the offered equipment creates possibilities for restriction of sand receipt, satisfy requirements for environment protection and also an effective utilization of gas arrived from the layer.
