Development of technological composition for prevention of hydrating and corrosion during extraction and preparation of oil-gas products

JomardovThe paper presents the results of investigation on technological regime of integrated oil-gas treatment unit’s process conditions, as well as other field equipment used during preparation and transportation of extracted offshore fields’ products. Development and implementation of advanced complex inhibitors to improve the reliability of processing facilities and the quality of products prepared for transportation is required for prevention hydrates and corrosion in the production system and crude oil and gas treatment in the offshore fields of the Republic. A new complex catapine- and isopropyl alcohol-based inhibitor has been developed for prevention the hydrates and corrosion in production and fields preparation system of oil and gas fields. Optimal compositions and technological parameters for the complex inhibitor were selected based on the investigation results.
