The paper considers the commercialization features of scientific-technical products, the subjects participating in financing, developing and commercialization of scientific results have been revealed as well. It was marked that now the demand on the commercialization of scientific research results in oil industry increases. Conducting full-scale studies on the commercialization of scientific results for prospective and successful activity in oil industry field, as well as professionals’ training in the sphere have a special significance.
