A new method of glycerin separation in clean form out of reaction mixture, obtained alongside with the biodiesel as a result of transeterification reaction of vegetable oils with low-molecular alcohols has been developed. Dioxolan derivatives were synthesized via the condensation reactions of obtained glycerin with the aldehydes and ketones. Physical-chemical properties of obtained compounds have been studied.
