Main characteristics of hydro-geochemical sulfate-chloride transition zone in Productive Series of Nabran-Khudat area (in the order of discussion)

Productive Series is widespread within Pricaspian-Guba area. It is particularly necessary to point out that Productive Series in Nabran-Khudat zone is subdivided into two water bearing horizons differing from each other by the chemical composition of thermal waters. High rate and temperature, as well as high sulfate concentrations in anion water composition are observed in the upper horizon of Productive Series. In the lower horizon of Productive Series are observed low water content and comparatively low temperature. The waters in the lower horizon contain more than 50 % chloride anion. Sulfate-chloride transition zone is marked in Nabran-Khudat area. It should be noted that lithological factor plays a significant role here.
