Setting optimum technological operation regimes of sucker-rod pump oil wells in geological-physical complications
F.G. BairamovThe paper offers a method of setting optimum science-based technological operation regime for flooded sucker-rod pump wells in complicated geological-physical conditions. It is noted that the numerous complications most frequently met in oil fields of Azerbaijan among the world’s oil producing countries are the following: premature flooding of well production and formation of sand plugs due to the intensive sand ingress. For the right setting of optimum technological operation regime for the wells, it is necessary, foremost, to eliminate the complications occurring in it or preferably to decrease their negative affect, i.e. to reduce significantly the flooding degree of extracted product (produced water should be isolated via the new hydrodynamic method), as well as the well repair rate associated with sand plugs washing-out should be decreased, i.e. the inflow of sand particles into the well should be eliminated with the most effective ways. Indication diagrams taken with scientific approach justified that in the well No 46 the oil recovery rate can be increased up to 1.5−2.0 t/day.
