Evaluation of current state of risk management at “Ethylene-polyethylene” plant

The enterprises operating in up-to-date conditions are always underwent certain risks not depending on the activity type and property form. No enterprise can operate steady and efficiently without risk prediction, which may occur during its industrial activity and not making appropriate decisions towards their decrease and elimination. Risk management in production-industrial process has a particular significance for petrochemical enterprises of our country. Namely for this reason the paper reveals the risk conception, analyzes the management structure of “Ethylene-polyehtylene” plant and describes the ways of risk management improvement there as well.
