Efficiency of using production capacity of sucker-rod pumps in long-term developed fields
Kh.G. GuseinovIt is well known that production parameters of the wells operated via sucker-rod pumps are defined by theoretical delivery of applied facilities. Consequently, the issue of efficient usage of production capacity of sucker-rod pumps is of great importance. Particularly, the solution of the issues associated with the energy-saving consumption of power, supplies and other material valuables in the large production well stock is sufficiently important for long-term developed fields. In this view, the research surveys on the potentiality of the theoretical delivery of sucker-rod pumps in Balakhany-Sabunchu-Ramana field have been carried out based on the actual field data. A system analysis has been conducted for all wells on the recovery rate of the liquid, oil, water and theoretical delivery on the basis of which functional dependencies of rates, flooding and specific theoretical delivery of sucker-rod pumps have been developed and their mathematical models found as well. The aspects of more efficient usage of production capacity of sucker-rod pumps have been defined. The results of carried out studies may be successfully implemented in the solution of tasks on the efficiency increase of sucker-rod pumps operation, specifically in long-term developed fields.
