Clearing of jet fuel of mark ТС-1 of sulphur without application hidrogen-containing gas

Presence of sulphur-containing connections as a part of jet fuels worsens thermostability, and at operation poisons environment. The jet fuel of mark ТС-1 received from a mix of Azerbaijan oils, contains 0,015–0,040 sulphurs, mercaptanes 0,0015–0,0020, sulphides 0,03, disulphides 0,01 % (weights). Connections of tiophens are absent. In accordance with GOST 10227–86 in jet fuel the maintenance of mercaptanes makes no more than 0,001, the general maintenance of sulphur no more than 0,10 % (weights). If in fuel contain even in small quantity of mercaptanes or disulphides thermooxidizing stability worsens. Last years for the purpose of environment protection requirements to motor fuels and to technological processes have become tougher. Basically it is indicators under the maintenance of sulphur-organic and aromatic connections. In the industry for improvement of these indicators exist hydrogenization processes, such as hydroclearing, hydrogenation. These processes proceed at presence hydrogen-containing gas on heterogeneous catalysts. Processes on ceolite-containing industrial catalysts without application hidrogen-containing gas have been spent. With that end in view from Heydar Aliyev’s BOPP jet fuel ТС-1 is taken, and its physical and chemical properties by above-stated GOST are studied. In fuel the sulphur maintenance makes 0,0265 % (weights), and thermostability 14 mg on 100 sm3 of fuel. Catalysts OMNIKAT-210, Seokar-3F, К-22 and ГКД-205 have been loaded everyone on 50 sm3, and in air stream at temperature 550 оС during 10 hour of heating, temperature 450–500 оС in a stream of hydrogen-containing gas at pressure 2,0 МРа there is a restoration. After that it sulphur-removing has been spent in fuel ТС–1 on a skilled-industrial site at institute IPCP on flowing installation. Process spent in the system with two reactors. In the first reactor maintained temperature 200 0С, and in the second - serially 225, 250, 300, 320 and 350 оС. As the received samples in the system with two reactors turned out very dark on colour process of sulphur-removing spent on one reactor at temperature 3200С, В=1 hour-1 without hydrogen-containing gas. Received catalizates were also analysedанализированы in accordance with GOST 10227–86. In the received samples the maintenance of the general sulphur has decreased to 0,0011 % (weights), and the indication of thermostability of a deposit, to 0,6-2 mg/100 sm3 of fuel. From spent scientifically - research works it is possible to draw such conclusion, as without hydrogen-containing gas on ceolite-containing catalysts it is possible to improve such indicators, as the maintenance of the general sulphur and thermostability.
