Scale inhibitors on phosphats of etylene-diamine and nanoparticles
N.N. Khalilov - “Oil-Gas Scientific Research Project” InstituteA method of obtaining of inhibitor of mineral salts sedimentation, including interrelation of dihydrogen-phosphat of ethylene-diamine, monohydrate-phosphate of bysethylene-diamine and phosphate trysethylene-diamine with 60 % of ortho-phosphoric acid in 35–40 ºС temperature and various mole ratio of reagents has been developed. Afterwards, obtained ammonium phosphatsare cooled down to 25 oC, after adding nanoparticle is diluted with water to the formation of 10 % solution.
While delivering obtained nano-containing inhibitors to the sulphate and carbonate solutions with the charges of 15, 20, 25 mg/l, they show high – more than 80 % protection effect. The maximum protection effect (more than 90 %) is observed while adding inhibitors into the solutions with 25 mg/l charge.
