The process and results of the application of empirical models of deposition of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) from the oil system on the inner surface of vertical pipes and channels are considered. Within the framework of the selected empirical model, a correspondence between the calculated data and the experimental results was obtained. The formulas developed for the deposition of ARPD allow to assess the condition of vertical transport pipes for pumping oil. The results may be used to improve the operation of pipeline transport.
