Study of device for obtaining metallic nanoparticles and nanotubes

Shirinzade - Institute for Ecology of National Aerospace Agency of AzerbaijanThe task of oil production using smart-of-the-art technologies in the wells of oil fields, which are in long-term operation in our country, is still relevant. It is known that the nanoparticles of metals react with carbonates in Productive Series with formation of carbon-dioxide. However, it creates carbonic acid in surface-active agents in environment. Due to this, the pressure in the system increases and accumulates on the surface. The stratification process causes heavy flow, produced water is washed, and the oil inflow increases the reservoir permeability, which leads to the oil recovery improvement. The plasma generator for nanoparticles obtaining has been developed. The implementation of the nanoparticles and nanostructures obtained via the device in the oil industry is shown. As it is noted in the paper, the failure of cement column in oil production process increases the water volume flowing into the reservoir, in the result of which the oil production becomes complicated, and the well is flooded completely. In this case, adding nanotubes to the cement column to prevent its deterioration enables to enhance the service life of used equipment, decrease additional costs and improve the oil production as well.
