Creation of knowledge base for drilling equipment’s diagnostic expert system
Sh.H.HasanovIt is known, that the petroleum industry is a basis of a national economy. At oil recovery and operation of a deposit ensuring of installations’ long service life and reliability has great importance. One of the basic duties of reliability service is accumulation and updating of the statistical information about produced equipment. Accumulation and processing of information about drilling and production equipment creates an opportunity of premature elimination of possible failures, and it in turn prevents the idle time and additional charges. It can be achieved due to application of New Information Technologies. Now in oil and several other industries various systems are used for the decision the problems of diagnostics, management and decision-making. These systems function with both information of quality and quantity. At making of such systems, as a rule, various ways of accumulation and the image of knowledge are used. Use of various means for image and knowledge of the data creates the certain difficulties. These difficulties increase even more at processing the well-defined and fuzzy data and knowledge. From this point of view creation of artificial intellectual system on the basis of unique, within certain meaning unified means represents the big interest. Knowledge base for drilling and production equipment’s diagnostic expert system is created in the paper on the basis of the information accumulated as a result of research carried out at operation of such equipment. At that the data have been collected from various sources. The basic at the decision of a problem is the information collected by operating personnel.
