Innovative estimation of state of thermocouples in operation process
N.Sh. Iskenderov - Azerbaijan State University of Oil and IndustryThe temperature is one of the most significant characteristics specifying and affecting the whole cycle of technological process. It has a number of principle features, which justify the necessity of using numerous methods and ways of measurement. From this point of view temperature may be reviewed by the changes of some physical properties of the objects (volume, pressure, thermoEMF, electric resistance etc.). The temperature measurement is applied in the systems of control and management, as well as while improving the quality of technological processes in various industrial enterprises, when specific attention is paid to the accuracy of measurements. The study reviews the estimation of the state of thermocouples while conducting industrial process. Mathematical aspects of thermodynamic measurement of temperature of thermoelectric converters have been defined and an algorithm developed based on the mentioned above innovative scheme. The algorithms of estimation of the state of thermoelectric converters in the active phase of the research using private derivatives of thermoelectric force junctions are shown. The innovative process is recommended to conduct based on the scheme of “d” parameter of metrological state.
