Process of preparation of synthetic oils by alkylation of benzene -olefines
M.M.MоvsumzadehIn article the results of preparation one of the components of synthetic oils and additives to lubricating oils are given. Usually synthetic iols and additives are obtained mainly by alkylation of aromatic hydrocarbons with -olefines or chlorinated fractions of kerosene. Иn these processes as catalysts are used acid catalysts and process of preparation of alkylated products by non-stop method is complicated.Эn the time of separation of catalysts and their neutralization sufficient number of acid aqueous solution is separated which means ecologycal danger.Эn article the results of alkylation of benzene in the presence of alumosilicate catalyst are given. Optimal conditions of alkylation are determined. The weight ratio of reacted components, quality of catalyst necessary for preparation of maximum yield of alkylbenzene are found.
