Motivated practicability of the complex use hydrocarbon resource in process of the further development domestic oil and gas complex in purpose of increasing to its competitiveness. The author are offered ways of the development petrochemical production, capable to provide the issue of the broad assortment to marketable products with high added by cost. Position is argued In article about that that with development of petrochemical industry oil and gas complex of the republic will find necessary stability and will be able to become not only leading, but also scientifically based branch of the domestic economy.
