Road bitumen, received from gudrons of paraffinous petroleums
B.A.BabayevaThere is sufficient amount of paraffinous petroleums and tart gudrons, got while clearing of oil faction in republic. The article is dedicated to reception of the road bitumen by way of the oxidation of gudrons of the paraffinous oils in tart environment with participation of the sulphur and sulphurous joins. For this purpose, there were take gudrons from the paraffinous oils Sangachal-deniz, Duvany-deniz, Alat-deniz and mixed with tart barn gudron. At oxidation of the composite in regimen of the temperature of the oxidation, equal 270 оС at the flow of the air 0,5-1,0 l/min, the road(travelling) bitumen of the mark BN 60/70, agreeable to standarts of GOST 22245-90 and AZS 050-2001 have been received. For improvement of stretchability to(towards) bitumen have added oil-polymer resin. For acknowledgement with this bitumen was prepared asphalt-concrete, agreeable to type G marks III. Using of the results of researches will increase the raw materials base road bitumen production.
