Alkylation process of 85 OC b.p. gasoline fraction with C3-C4 gas coking of catalyst cracking has been studied.
Gasoline output increased for 10.7% by mass and octane number for 3 points. With the purpose of obtaining highoctane components of motor oils, the process of oxyalkylation of 85 OC b.p. coking gasoline fraction with methanol (T = 120 OC, p = 2.5 MPà) has been studied. Alkyl-methyl ether increased for 9.2 by mass and octane number for 5–6 points.
Oxyalkylation process of 130 OC b.p. gasoline catalyst cracking with ethanol has been researched as well. The maximum yield of alkyl-ethyl ethers (16.37 % by mass) is observed in T = 90 î Ñ and p = 0.2 MPà. During oxyalkylation product compounding with 130 OC b.p. heavy gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking, benzene with 84–85 points octane number by motor method is obtained as well.
