Oil economy: scientific researches and conclusions

The formation of oil industry takes a lot of time. Over this time tens off shore and on shore oil gas field are included in to operations. In the early former USSR the activity of oil industry was not observed. But later development of fields on scientific base reargued researches. Very in that time present acted Scientific-Resershes Иnstitute of SOCAR vas been formed. This institute has included the divisions of economic researches. At the paper the technique and technological problems, and its examines in economical frame are pointed. Then on base of results the ways of implementation has been shown. It is pointed the important role of jointed economy and technique in development of oil industry. These problems surround the different scopes of oil industry such as geological exploration, drilling, reservoir engineering and etc. Performed works and investigation and researches arose the big problems to economists. Solutions of the problems resulted to creation of special approaches and methods.
