That in bottom t for strengthening of structure of a layer it is forced aerated tampon solution received by interaction of a solution from cement, calcareous granules, calcium of chlorine and oil with hydrochloric acid. Thus, by creation in a high-permeability and strong barrier it is prevented sand display. The quantity of repairs decreases and pollution of the earths territories about a chink, is prevented.
