The study of calculation of equivalent stress of details in oil field equipment

The analysis of the specification of resistance of plastic details (thermosetting group, phenoplast, and aminoplastic with various fillers) and using the data on materials while manufacturing details of oil field equipment operated in conditions of Absheron region has been carried out. Based on the results, an experimental-theoretical method of definition of major criterion of quality (shrinkage strain, hardness, steadiness, surface roughness) of plastic details is offered. Developed technique in the structure of plastic details allows the estimation of predictable resource of details considering the conditions of their exploitation.
