New metaldithiophosphates as lubricants to engine oils
M.H.MamedovIt is known, that for production of trade engine oil the compositions containing additives with different functional properties are synthesized. Therefore the production of high effective multifunctional chemicals-additives which would have a universal purpose and would meet the up-to-date environmental requirements of sylphur, nitrogene and est. content which is actual problem. With that end in view on the basis of cycloalkilphenols the salts Ni, Co, Cu and Zn and complexes of O,O-dithiophosphor acids produced on basis 4-(1ў-metiltsikloheksil)-2-metilphenol, 4-(3ў-metiltsikloheksil)-2-metilphenol, 4-(1ў-metiltsiklopentil)-2-metilphenol are synthesized. It is known, that the compounds having the different functional groups and heteroatoms (in particular P, S, N, etc.) in the molecule are the highly effective additives having a wide range of application. To achieve the increasing of polyfunctionality of additives metalcomplex of nitrogen containing ditiphosphates: Ni, Co, Cu and Zn of salts and complexes O,O-di-(3,5-di-tret.butil-4-hidroksi-metilaminoetilphenil) thiophosphates, O,O-di-(3,5-di-tret.butil-4-hidroksi-metalaminoetilphenil)-dithiophosphor acids have been synthesized as well. Compounds are characterized with physical and chemistry and analytical methods (P, S), and spectral (PMR, IRS) methods and confirmed with their prospective chemical structure. The optimal conditions required for complexes synthesis of produced as on the basis of alkyl phenols, and aminophenols are found out. Synthesized dithiophosphates of metal have been tested as oxidation inhibitors and anticorrosion lubricants to oil М-8. It is defined, that these compounds are effective against both by types of destruction even at 4-5 times less concentration it shows inhibiting effect at level of widely used industrial lubricants IXP-21. The highest effect demonstrates Ni and Zn dithiophosphates. Implementation introducing nitrogen containing in a molecule of lubricants does not cause increasing of additives of operating efficiency.
