Removal of the oil film out of the surface of water by nanocollector reagents
F. S. IsmayilovIn the article removal of thin oil films by nanooilcollector reagents has been investigated, requirement put on the oil - collector reagents on the surface of water has been spoken about. Limited spectrum of oilcollector is related to serious requirements. Before synthesized oxypropyl ether of C12 – C15 aliphatic nanoatomic alcohols has been studied for the research. We must take into account that main components of oil – collector reagents are non – ionic superficial – active substances. It is shown that, oxypropylats of these alcohols are duo - size nanofractions. The one size of ethers (thickness) is in nanointerval and the other two sizes (length and width) can be arbitrary. These ethers can create monofilm on the surface of water and can have a higher density. Indicated alcohols have a capacity of localizing the oil film maximally and keeping it for a long time. Oil collection capacity of oxypropyl ethers of C12 – C15 alcohols has been investigated by distillation, drinkable and sea water and, by Ramani oil film (thickness 0, 165 mm) on the surface of Surakhani layer water. Oxypropylats have been used as 5% heptane solution in the researches. It is known that oxypropyl ethers of C13 – C15 monoatomic alcohols have higher collecting activity on the surface of water. The collecting factor reaches 61, 79 on the surface of the distilled water and 30,15 in sea and Surakhani layer water while there is oxypropylats of C13 alcohol. While using heptane solutions of ethers of C14 and C15 alcohols, collecting factor reaches 30. Spreading pressure and hydrophilic – lypophilic balance (HLB) ratio for oxypropyl ethers of C13 – C15 alco-hols has been calculated. Accumulation pressure ratio must be > 35 mC/mІ, HLB ratio must be more than 3. Oxypropyl ethers of alcohols have been tested in the aquatoria of the shipbuilding plant and also have been applied in the aquatoria of “Neft Dashlari” successfully.
