The system of implementation of production at ship repair enterprises in conditions of competitiveness

Mammadova PhD in Economics - SOCARCurrently, as a result of the successful economic policy implemented in our country, the competitive and sustainable development of our national economy is observed. Using the strategic position and assessment matrix of business organizations’ actions established in such favorable economic conditions, the system of production implementation in ship repair enterprises should be improved based on advanced world experience. For this, it is necessary to develop the theoretical aspects of increasing competitiveness in this field.
The most important condition for ensuring the competitiveness of ship repair enterprises is to use the parameters of efficient entrepreneurial processes of competitors in the enterprise’s activity while operating in a certain market segment using comparative methods. This determines the relevance of the research, determining the research of the production implementation system in the enterprises of the ship repair industry.
In the article, the nature of the enterprise that ensures the quality level in the ship repair industry in modern economic conditions was discussed in detail. Here, various theoretical views on the formation of the concept of enterprise are reflected, including, according to the current legislation of our country, it is justified that ”enterprise” is a property complex used in the implementation of entrepreneurial activities as a legal entity. Based on what is stated in the article, it is considered that the ship repair enterprise is an entrepreneurial entity that has the appropriate legal status in local and foreign markets. At the same time, in the article, while studying the production implementation system in ship repair enterprises, the system of indicators for assessing their competitiveness level is defined. In the article, it is shown that the problem of quality is an important strategic task in ensuring competitiveness. The stability of the country’s economy depends on the solution of quality. The need to increase customer satisfaction for quality management in the production implementation system at ship repair enterprises is also justified.
In contrast to the administrative-emirate economic system, the transition of the industry to forms of management in accordance with new market principles is shown in the article, which brings to the fore the problem of ensuring the profitability of the fleet to ship owners under competitive conditions. There is a need to change the methodology of the system used to carry out the repair of the obsolete ships in their use. The ship repair system should be given a more flexible formalized nature of activity.
As a strategic goal aimed at increasing the competitiveness of certain business processes in ship repair enterprises, the improvement of the production implementation system is effective using the comparative analysis of the production processes of business entities in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry and providing the necessary resources. Two systems used to carry out ship repairs (1. Preventive planning and its types; 2. Survey-research) are described in detail.
After our country gained its independence, there were opportunities to access the world market of the produced national products. In the conditions of new economic relations, in order to increase orders in shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises, a competitive production system with advantages should be formed in our country.
At present, the shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises of our country carry out production in conditions of competitiveness, where the external factors that worry them are increasing. It was recommended to implement measures in the direction indicated in the article in order to eliminate those factors in order to improve the production implementation system in ship repair enterprises under conditions of competitiveness.
Having a competitive advantage in the article allows the ship repair enterprise to realize the strengths of the production system and to have great potential compared to competitors in solving many problems. The creation of competitive advantages is considered the most important condition for a ship repair enterprise to achieve high performance indicators.
