Metrological supply of natural gas transport control and management systemand fuzzy information

Allahyarov - Information Technology and CommunicationsThe current state of gas flow monitoring and control systems during transportation has been analyzed, the characteristics of the components of the measuring channel have been determined from the point of view of metrological support, and a diagram has been drawn up reflecting the classification of information-measuring systems. and it is shown that the basis of the control and management system for gas transportation should be precisely information-measuring systems that provide high reliability and accuracy, however, due to the vagueness and uncertainty of information processes, that is, the processes of measuring parameters, converting the measured signal – information from one form to another – from an analogue image to a digital one and vice versa in such a system – a decrease in the accuracy and reliability of information is noted. Taking this into account, the principle of constructing a highly effective monitoring and control system was chosen based on the classification of information-measuring systems, the requirements for the characteristics of the main components of the system, the structure of the fuzzy controller, which performs the functions of monitoring and control based on the processing of fuzzy information, and the basic principle of operation of the blocks were determined – blocks of fuzzification, defuzzification and logical inference, and also describes the principle of constructing a knowledge base and rules and the sequence of compiling fuzzy rules based on if-then statements. The relevance and feasibility of further increasing the intelligence of this system in conditions of unclear signals in the measurement nodes of the information-measuring system for the transportation of natural gas based on the improvement and creation, testing and application of new information technologies – artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms, information processing algorithms based on fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic are shown.
