Improvement or development of new innovative technologies to increase the efficiency of the applied methods of intensification of oil production is becoming more relevant today.
During the exploitation of oil fields that are in the final stage of development, as a result of the violation of thermodynamic equilibrium in the bottomhole zone of wells (BHZ), asphaltene-resin-paraffin (ARP) compounds contained in high-viscosity oils precipitate, which leads to a weakening of the filtration capacity of formation fluids and a sharp decrease in production. To overcome such complications, a microemulsion consisting of technical lecithin, surfactant, hydrochloric acid and hydrocarbon solvent was developed, and its effect on the permeability of the BHZ and the extraction of residual oil was studied through laboratory and experimental studies. It was found that as a result of injecting microemulsion into a model consisting of carbonate rocks, the residual oil flow rate increased by 22.9 %, and permeability increased by 5 times. Based on the conducted research, the mechanism of action of the new microemulsion composition on BHZ was studied.
Field test results showed that the well flow rate increased by 27 % as a result of exposure to the microemulsion PZS.
