Development of a bactericidal composition against microbiological corrosion occurring in oil and gas production
K.A. Mammadov PhD in Tech. Sc. - Azeraijan State Oil and Industry University
The article is devoted to the development of a new bactericidal composition against microbiological corrosion occurring in oil and gas production.
As a result of laboratory research, a bactericidal composition of the NB brand was developed from a mixture of isopropyl alcohol, olefin-based nitro compounds and light gas oil fraction against microbiological corrosion. It was determined that the bactericidal effect of the new bactericidal composition in an aggressive environment is 98 % when the optimal consumption is 500 mg/l.
The production technology of the new bactericidal compositions is simple compared to other bactericides, and the presence of a local raw material base and low cost also increase its economic efficiency.
