The formation of shipbuilding and the role of state support in its organization

The article reflects the determination of the directions of formation of the shipbuilding industry of our country and the role of state support in its organization in the conditions of formation of modern economic relations. The research work used logical generalization, systematic approach, analysis and synthesis methods. The research aimed at creating favorable conditions for the effective organization of enterprises in the field of shipbuilding industry and improving their activities.
Results of the study – the study of the role of state support in the effective organization of the national shipbuilding industry in our country may allow the development and implementation of a legal concept aimed at the development and effective use of the high production, scientific-technical and export potential of this industry. The role of state support in the organization of the shipbuilding industry was assessed and the needs for improving legislation were studied using advanced world experience in this area.
