Methodological recommendations for immobile oil residues calculations in oil pipe
I. U. SilvestrovaEvery month in oil extracting offices a necessity appears to the determination of the oil quantity in oil pipes during the exploitation of oil fields. Oil quantity in oil pipes from well muzzle to the oil delivering point is called immobile residue and for its determination it is necessary to take into account the following conditions: Gas fluid mixture moving in two - phase condition in oil pipes undergoes compression because of internal pressure. Linear expansion of the oil pipe must be determined by internal pressure. Paraffin pitch deposited on the internal surface of the pipe occupies some part of the volume of the oil pipe. It is necessary to define the volume of ballast which consists of sand, mechanic addition and layer water. The calculation of immobile oil residues in oil pipes by taking into account above mentioned conditions is very difficult. With the purpose for their determination methodical recommendations are given. The determination method of the worked out immobile oil residues have been applied for the oil pipes from Guneshli area of 28 May OGPB and GMSP - 3 and GMSP - 4 to oil gathering point. Recalculation of immobile oil residues can occur in the case of sharp changes of oil extracting, per cent of sand and layer water and the volume of the oil pipe. The determination method of working out of immobile oil residues can be used for any pipeline despite of the capacity, length and place of the pipeline.
