Innovation processes in oil - extracting industry

SaubetovaAn oil and gas sector is one of the strategically important sectors of economy in The Kazakhstan Republic and forms a big part of the internal product and it also will form in recent decay and will provide economical developing dynamics of the country. Innovation processes in the oil and gas sectors of the entire basic developed countries confirm that the more effective the state influence is the more efficient innovation development model of the oil and gas sector will be. Up to now two substantially different innovation models of the oil - gas sectors of Norway and Great Britain connected with appropriation of raw material reserves of hydrocarbon in the North petroleum province of the Barents Sea are known. In the English model the worlds leading companies and afterwards some service and science intensive companies have entered the petroleum sector. In Norway model forming condition for the formation of advisable national science intensive service companies under the state control as well as system of scientific - technologic centers has been preferred. At present in the oil - gas sector of Kazakhstan the scenario according to the English development model is being realized: The reserves of Kazakhstan + foreign capital and foreign technology.
