The method of pipe noses extraction deformed in emergency exploitation wells via special construction combined collar

Grab tools improvement in major repair of wells is one of the basic directions of development in techniques and technology of well major repair. In article are specified the reasons causing creation of new tool, the combined bell, classification of possible conditions of deformed pipe noses, design and features of work with the combined collar, area and range of application of combined collars depending on operational column diameter and emergency pipe nose. In the design of KK 100х64 the combined bell consists of two parts: KS-100 a cross-over collar and K 85х64 bell. The first collar is used in order to catch and bring to suitable state the deformed emergency nose, and the second one is for extraction of emergency pipe. The combined collar can be applied even in the case when there is a pipe in the well, i.e. clutch or carving. When these lifting pipes are raised together (the I line is clenched inside the II line, the II line falling apart) due to potential replace of 73 and 48 mm emergency noses and when the emergency point is located above, are applied KK 100х40 and KK 100х58. In 20 May OGPB combined collar are applied since 2003 repeatedly in all emergency wells. In Neft Dashlary OGPB their application began since 2010.
