About possibility of producing ecologically pure surface active reagents (SAR) and study of physical-chemical properties of their solutions
Sh.M.AlievaNowadays produced synthetic surface active reagents processing a number of advantages have disadvantages too that restrict their using in oil production. Therefore on the basis of vegetation family such as Nightshade and others ecologically pure surface active reagents have been studied. Saponins, glycyrrhizic acid, pittosporum, either oil, resins and so on are produced from these plants by extraction method. In order to compare results was used industrial product OP-10. It has been defined that among studied vegetative SAR the more active is saponin: its solutions reduce surface strain of solvent for 4 times approximately. Temperature increase leads to additional reduction of surface strain of vegetative SAR solvents on border with hydrocarbon fluids. Saponin solutions are the more active hydrophylizators of hard body surface among other studied SAR. Ether oil solutions process hydrophobized properties. Saponin adsorbtion from water solution is less on hard surface than of synthesized SAR OP-10.
