The changes are implemented in the construction of lifting and discharge valves of the deep well pumps (20-175 TLM-8-4-2 and 20-175 THM-6-4-2) for the exploration of strings and wells with high viscosity oil in Oil and Gas Production Board (OFPB) of Azneft Production Association. It is known that during exploitation of wells with high viscosity oil and equipped with deep-well pumping units, in lifting and discharge valve units due to delay of ball seating on the valve seat, in the valve takes place a fluid leakage. In order to eliminate the leakage it is necessary to install additional load for making the ball tightly sit on the valve seat. With this aim in the tubing pumps NN2-44 having bayonet catch stock in the intake valve upper part, stock has been replaced with newly constructed one which in the same time plays a role of additional load on the ball, set in the valve cage. New stock can move in vertical direction up and down. For the valve in time closing the lower part of stock has been made with incurved internal spheric performance which makes the valve ball to move on the central line, herewith is created additional load providing ball movement with the aim of pressurazation of ball seating on the valve seat. In the article is also given information on the changes in discharge valve unit and additional load.
