Clinching of drilling pipe in chute system and its prevention
A. M. MammadtaghizadeChute system generated in well is a joint system which is connected with wellbore, centres of which are in a distance out of well centre, diameters of which are little more than diameters of tongue and groove joint of drilling pipe and elements in the lower section of drilling pipe. Deepening intensity in chute system depends on the value of bending angle generated at wellbore, interval on which bending angle is generated, weight of drilling pipe moving below, the number of lowering and hoisting operation in well, solidity of rock and construction of drilling locks. Length of dens generated in wellbore and transition to large dimension diameter when making alterations on the end of drilling instrument are main reasons of clinching in chute system. In order to prevent clinching in chute system effective chemical reagents preventing generation of dens should be used rationally and clinching factor should be taken into account when required to make alterations in structure of drilling instrument.
