Re - structuring: how to reorganize marketing and marketing strategies of the companies practically

Re - structuring is a complex change (is reconstruction) of activity methods of the establishment. Improvement of managerial system, financial - economic policy of the company, its marketing system and marketing, personnel management are included in re - construction. Re- structuring can be carried out with the help of the individual ways of development, different strategies. Marketing activity is inevitable in different types of establishments not depending on organizational - juridical form. Although, economists define different ways for efficient activities of the establishments, it is more expedient to direct attention to activities of the marketing departments. The marketing policy of the enterprise is a logical continuation of the carried out researches. Marketing activity is directly related to the process of the creation of goods: determination of the price, strategies of the marketing and advancement. Diversification, event - marketing, trade - marketing and etc. are included in the marketing strategies of the companies.
