Estimation of methods possibilities in rocks permeability coefficient definition
N.V. PashayevThe different methods capabilities of rocks permeability coefficient definition have been analyzed. It has been designated that all three permeability estimation indexes vary according to the core, well geophysical and geodynamical surveys. In general, possibility in core logs application in rocks permeability coefficient definition depends on taken core samples. The selection is defined by means of enough quantity which reliably characterizes potential values of studied object size and their portion in average weight value in this sense. It is important to note that while the test is defined the phase permeability which characterizes the bottom-hole zone in well surveys. That is why core logs and geodynamic survey data cannot make an objective picture upon studied object permeability. It is shown that definition according to geophysical survey in rocks is wider than according to core and geodynamic survey. The conducted investigation allowed definition of correlation ties between coefficients kperm and kpor characterizing rocks capacity properties in Bahar field, which can serve as the basis for their border values and also geophysical survey data interpretation.
