About construction of ground facilities for bottom-hole pumping

In the article are shown the results of analysis of defined plunger stroke loss limit value influence on basic parameters of conventional pumping unit. It has been designated that plunger stroke limit loss significantly affects the basic parameters of conventional pumping units and depth of deep well pump lowering. The application sphere of previously selected range of conventional pumping units has been specified and defined that from 39 conventional pumping units 33 have well-disposed balance of basic parameters. It has been defined that in some circumstances in shallow depth of deep pumping unit lowering the rod casing construction has 2, 3 or more stages. Due to this reason was offered the discipline for rod casing construction selection in shallow depth. In order to create balanced construction for ground facilities the conventional pump unit travel limit is suggested to be fixed around 4 m, and for longer travel it is necessary to take in mechanical tower-shaped or hydraulic drive.
