The improvement of casing columns cementation quality
Y.I. SafarovIt is known that quality of casting columns fastening is defined by tightness of casing columns and absence of the message between layers and the day surface. The tightness of casting columns does not define yet the quality of fastening of chinks as a whole. Absence of the message between the layers is a sign to that high of chink fastening. Its cementation quality depends on a number of geological and technological factors. Cementation can be considered ideal when all chisel solution will be superseded steady tampon by a solution. Hardenings of solution tampon in a stone of casting column from chink walls will be surrounded tampon by a stone contacting to breeds of chink walls and metal casing columns. Using the theory of environments elasticity have been solved problems by definition of relaxation process between cement stone and clay crusts which allow to estimate the receipt reasons of fluid receipt from chink layer in the course of cement hardening. A number of technical and technological actions have been proposed for casing columns cementation quality improvement.
