Fluid dynamic influences in separator-collector system while gas preparation for transportation
Y. Z. AlekperovIn the article are reviewed the results of research works on influence in fluid dynamic processes doing in separator-collector knot. Research works have been conducted on gas-distribution units GDI-1 and GDI-2 in Galmaz underground gas storage. In the article are shown various structures of gas-liquid stream depending on the collector preparation condition. During research works has been determined the quantity of liquid (water and hydrocarbonic condensate), which is transported together with gas via the collector-separator system. According to the results of research works has been established that in collectors and the bottom part source pipes of 1 and 4 separators, the pith mode is formed. The formed liquid stopper moves to the collector, causing hydraulic blows and arrives in the separator. The carried out accounts have shown that speed of such stream at 28-30 times more, that speed in the separator. Such kind of phenomenon promotes infringement of separation mode and reduces separator efficiency.
